Thank you for shopping with Mums Made Bacon And Eggs. Our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. This policy explains how and when orders ship, the associated costs, and what to do if there is a problem. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Made-to-Order Production
Our items are printed and produced on demand specifically for your order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched. This is separate from, and in addition to, the shipping transit times below.
Order Processing
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe, and we can also ship globally to most other countries. The estimates below are total door-to-door times including production, and begin from the order date.

*Delivery times across Europe vary by country. Faster destinations (e.g. Netherlands, Germany, Poland) typically arrive sooner; others (e.g. Italy, Greece, Denmark) may take longer.
For destinations outside our main regions, delivery times vary by location and local logistics. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you and arrange a full refund. Delivery estimates are averages based on our supplier’s recent data and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as the Q4 holiday season), sales events, or due to customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update once dispatched. If you have not received tracking within [7] business days of ordering, contact us at praxiaventures@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Because items are shipped internationally, orders outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. You (the customer) are responsible for these charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are set by your local customs authority.
• United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK VAT and customs charges. For consignments at or below £135, VAT may be collected at checkout where required; above £135, VAT and duties are typically collected on import.
• European Union: Orders may be subject to VAT and duties on import. Charges depend on the destination country and order value.
• United States: Orders may be subject to import duties depending on value and applicable thresholds.
• Other countries: Orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or fees determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
We cannot predict or refund these charges. Refusal to pay import charges resulting in a returned or abandoned parcel may forfeit your refund (less shipping costs). Please check your country’s customs rules before ordering.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
We are not liable for carrier delays or customs hold-ups once an order is dispatched, but we will help you resolve any issue. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within [14] days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimate, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. These rights are in addition to your statutory consumer rights set out below.
Made-to-Order Returns
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind — including no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or selecting the wrong size, colour or design at checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, or your statutory consumer rights. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly supplied address; re-production and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Your Consumer Rights
Australian customers: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
United Kingdom customers: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
European Union customers: Your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. Please note the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to customised or personalised goods made to your specification, which includes our print-on-demand products, as permitted under EU law.
