Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-order products — change of mind Our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind — including no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or selecting the wrong size, colour, or design at checkout. Please review all order details carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items below, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the issue and your proof of purchase.

To start a claim, contact us at praxiaventures@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we'll arrange a replacement or refund and, where a return is required, send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and the correct address at that time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items In addition to made-to-order items, certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges As items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us and we'll make it right.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note: under EU law this right generally does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalised to your specification, which includes our print-on-demand products. Where it does apply, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected any returned item (or assessed your claim), we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 20 business days. Bank or card processing may add further time. If more than 25 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at praxiaventures@gmail.com.

Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or applicable EU consumer protection law. You remain entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.
